It is a public school and it offers from Kindergarten to 6th grade of Primary Education. It is a very familiar school because it only has one class per group. Therefore, it contributes to a more personalized approach as well as it facilitates the relationships among students and teachers. This is a valuable identity trait that they highlight and pamper.

The school has its name in honor of Enric Casassas i Cantó, who was a pedagogue, a disciple of Joan Bardina and he promoted the method of “Escola Activa” in Sabadell. This methodology was against the encyclopaedism, verbalism, and passivity. Hence, they believe that students have a more active role in the learning process.
